It starts in the tropical landscapes of Colombia, where we treat the plantain like the exceptional ingredient it actually is. Born in Boyacá with a straightforward goal: to show the world that our flavors aren’t just local, they’re world class.
From the very beginning, the goal wasn’t to make a local product. It was to make something that could hold its own anywhere, a gourmet shop in Amsterdam, an airport terminal in Dubai, a specialty retailer in New York.
